Policy: Sorry, no returns on bath and body products. Items for return (except bath and body products)are to be free of defects and should be returned in the original packaging for a full refund. Items for return must be reported within 3 business days upon receipt of the merchandise. There is a restocking fee of 10% of the total for returns and cancellations. Products (shell or marble) used for showcasing during outside vending events will have a deductible amount from its total due to usage and/or ware. Customers may still consider to purchase that product at the reduced price.
